AMCO 26th Annual Convention and 14th Annual Trade Show - Success!
On October 2 to October 4, 2011, the City of Brantford and the Brantford Municipal Airport hosted AMCO's 26th Annual Convention and 14th Annual Trade Show. Brantford welcomed over 150 airport industry specialists, consultants, managers, and suppliers and provided them with a valued sense of what Brantford and our Airport has to offer. This was a great opportunity to promote our City, our Airport and our local businesses. The AMCO event was a huge success!
Special thanks to many generous community-minded businesses who provided golf tournament prizes. Thanks to those who also made huge contributions to the success of this event: Brantford Tourism staff, Brantford Transit, Sanderson Centre, Best Western Brant Park Inn, Property Management staff, Ann Warner & Bryan Avery from AMCO and members of the Brantford Airport Board. Brantford COPA Flight 148 
Brantford COPA Flight 148 is the local chapter of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association in the Brantford, Ontario area. The Flight was founded in 2007 to create an additional venue for sharing aviation interests, camaraderie, adventures, and concerns, among local pilots, owners and aviation enthusiasts in the area.
Meetings take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month, usually starting at 1900 hours (7:00 pm) and during the summer months they usually kick things off with a tasty free BBQ at 6:00pm. Meetings are usually held in the Terminal Building of the Brantford Municipal Airport.
Brantford COPA Flight 148 meetings are informal and usually feature guest speakers of interest to aviators of all kinds. Occasionally they do tours of aviation facilities, fly-outs and day-trips by air. All aviators and those interested in aviation are welcome to join Brantford COPA Flight 148 as a member or attend as a guest. Current Flight 148 members fly all kinds of aircraft from ultralights, owner maintenance aircraft, amateur-builts, helicopters and certified aircraft. Add your voice and support to General Aviation in Canada.

Airport Board Meetings
