The Brantford Flying Club (BFC) is Canada's second oldest flying club and has been located at the Brantford Airport since 1947. They manage the airport's airside and passenger services, in addition to operating a flight school and aircraft maintenance. The Brantford Flight Centre Ground School offers comprehensive training in meteorology, navigation, airframes, engine, airmanship, and theory of flight and Use of Radios. Annually, 50 to 70 students work towards obtaining, maintaining or upgrading their recreational, private or commercial Pilot license certification. The BFC also leases space within the terminal building to Skyway Café – a restaurant open daily to the public.

Brant Aero is a leader in avionics installation that has been located at the Brantford Airport since 1972. They provide aircraft, airframe and avionic services in a 40,000 square foot commercial hangar.

Nelles Aviation provides aircraft repairs and certification from 5,000 square feet of leased hangar space. They have been operating out of the airport since 1989.
Gilbert Custom Aircraft
Gilbert Custom Aircraft owns a commercial hangar where the Brantford Experimental Aircraft Association builds, restores and maintains homebuilt aircraft. They offer engine repairs, upgrades, trades and rebuilds, amongst other services, to builders and flyers of homebuilt aircrafts.

Wescast Industries
Wescast Industries’ Corporate Flight Department has been located at the Brantford Municipal Airport since 1993. In 1999, they built a 12,000 square foot hangar and office space which is where the department resides today.

900060 Ontario Inc.
900060 Ontario Inc. is a consortium of pilots that built a privatively owned set of 10 T-hangars at the airport in 1990.

Canadian Blue Bird
Canadian Blue Bird is a manufacturer of school buses, commercial buses and recreational vehicles. Blue Bird currently leases space at the airport adjacent to their plant for the purpose of storing chassis and buses.
